Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Rangkari By Shilpa. We strive to ensure that you love every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claim.


2. Non-Returnable Items
Sarees purchased during sale/discount offers
Customized or altered products
Products without original packaging or tags


3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images and an unboxing video
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund

The product must be shipped back within 2 days of approval


5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


6. Return Shipping Charges
For damaged/incorrect products: We will bear the return shipping cost
For other returns (change of mind): Customer will bear return shipping charges


7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
