1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of:
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.
2. Return Policy
Currently, we do not offer returns for reasons like:
  • Change of mind
  • Color expectation difference
  • Personal dislike
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
3. Product Condition
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Used or washed sarees
  • Products without original tags
  • Customized or altered products
  • Sale or discounted items
5. Refund Policy
